An organization’s effectiveness is directly related to how well its employees are trained at understanding their mission and goals and how it is related to their jobs.

 

Providing employees with knowledge on how to properly use the systems and applications built is an integral part of team unity and collaboration.

TRACKS, LLC served as an Information Technology instructor for Prince Georges County's Business Development Reserve Program (BDRP) to assist organizations with understanding how technology could be inserted into their day-to-day operations.
